Early lease termination requires a 60-day notice and a fee equal to two months’ rent.

A 60-day written notice is required prior to moving out.

Residents must provide notice, complete a move-out walkthrough, and return all keys and access items.

Security deposit refunds are typically processed within 30 days after move-out.

Utilities are not included in the monthly rent.

High-speed internet is available through AT&T.

Rent can be paid online through San Montego's resident portal using Bilt Rewards.

No additional monthly fees beyond standard lease charges.

On-site parking is available throughout the community.

Overnight guest stays are limited per lease guidelines.

EV charging is not available on-site, but nearby public charging is accessible.

Pet costs include a refundable deposit, a one-time fee, and monthly pet rent.
